Healthy & Safety Guidelines

We are thankful to you for the community driven work you are supporting by taking a cruise with us. The safety of our community, our employees and our guests is of utmost importance and we ask you to abide by the following guidelines.

  • If you are displaying any covid-19 or other flu-like symptoms and need to cancel your reservation prior to the cruise we will be happy to provide a refund.  We rely on your honesty in this matter.

  • The M/V Teal is a US Coast Guard inspected vessel, and maintains a family-friendly, inclusive, environment at all times. Use of illegal substances, visible intoxication, smoking or vaping are not allowed on the boat or docks. The Captain and Crew retain the authority to return to port at any time, in the event that guests are behaving in an unsafe or otherwise unsatisfactory manner.

  • Adult, children’s and infant life jackets are available for all passengers.

  • Non-gendered bathrooms are available, with flush toilets and running water.

  • Wheelchairs and assistive technology can be accommodated but our bathrooms are not yet handicapped accessible.

  • Carry in-Carry out policies are encouraged. Trash and recycling containers are, however, available.

  • Guests are asked to bring their own reusable and full water bottles or other beverages. We aim to reduce single use plastic use. Seltzer is available on board, to be purchased via a donation.

  • Pets are not encouraged, but well behaved pets are allowed, on leash and under the control of owners at all times.

We welcome your feedback as we strive to make our cruises a safe, inviting and successful experience for everyone!
